Olympus is a contemporary reimagining of a Hellenic Taverna. Its nostalgic, crafted from ancestral memories & experiences of food from the village, eaten together, communal & plentiful. It’s minimal & simple, using the circular form to focus on the central courtyard & salvaged bougainvillea to create a sense of place.
