Shortlist: Hospitality Design
COX Architecture with H&E Architects for Sol Bread & Wine
Inspired by Italian modernism and classic Paninoteca, this playful space transitions from breakfast to evening wine and cicchetti. Featuring a carved timber bar, full-height shelving, contrasting marbles, rustic plaster walls, and pistachio and espresso furniture, it also boasts a nostalgic stone floor and a spiral stair in gloss venetian red.
