E1 for The Apo
The Apothecaries Hall located at 690 Ann Street forms part of the Bakery Laneway development. It was paramount to preserve the precincts charismatic atmosphere and heritage, whilst retuning the old building by adding significant contemporary components to the composition, thus creating a new functional restaurant/bar space.
