Shortlist: Hospitality Design
Span Design Studio for Taka Sushi
The design reinterprets traditional structure of Japanese roofs to create an inviting and powerful shopfront. Japanese architecture is a key influence for the harmonious balance between matriculate design, beautiful craftsmanship and minimal materials. Two performance areas encourage customer and chef interaction ensuring the long standing friendly reputation is maintained.
