Paul Foskett

Paul Foskett serves as the head of interior design for Populous’ Asia-Pacific region. Joining the London studio in 2004 and now based in Sydney, Paul has led the interior design efforts and interior design team management for a range of boutique hospitality spaces, as well as large-scale, multi-venue commercial projects across the region.

He is passionate about designing interior spaces that excite and inspire, while responding perfectly to client and technical needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients looking to reimagine interior spaces as well as their hospitality offerings, Paul brings a holistic understanding of project and commercial demands.

Paul has had wide-ranging involvement in event hospitality, sport, convention, aviation and retail developments in both in the UK and Asia Pacific. These include projects such as Kai Tak Sports Park in Hong Kong, The Londoner Arena in Macau, ICC Sydney, the Fortress E-sports Arenas, and Wimbledon’s Centre Court redevelopment. Other major works include the London 2012 Olympic Stadium, the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic speed skating oval, and Kansai and Noida international airports.

The collective experience of diverse teams delivers the most innovative solutions to the design and construction challenges faced on projects. Building on that to foster strong interpersonal relationships within these large teams, including the client and the contractor, are what Paul believes are key to project success.
