Biyal-a Armstrong Creek Library is a welcoming community hub that evolves the traditional library to meet contemporary needs. Inspired by the waterways of the Wadawurrung people, a 'Living Water’ narrative embeds a strong connection with Country into flexible, adaptable spaces that support social cohesion and lifelong learning.
