With its minimalist lines and textural palette, this reborn Art Deco apartment near Sydney’s Bondi Beach could be Anywhere in the world. Its light-infused living space pivots around a disappearing dining table, carved into a travertine island bench. At 50 square metres, it’s a masterclass in doing more with less.
