Splinter Society Architecture for Newburgh Light House
Newburgh Light House, a mini tower typology sits on a tiny site above a heritage train station. The collection of single level apartments contain an elegant clean aesthetic whose interiors are deliberately enhanced by the technical facade, fire and structural solutions that made the building possible from a build-ability perspective.
