The Boot Factory adaptive reuse project involved the total reconstruction of the building interior to create a Community and Innovation Hub within the Heritage brick perimeter walls of a Victorian-era factory. The prefabricated Australian hardwood structure and integrated environmental systems provide a series of flexible spaces for inspired cultural exchange.
