People’s Coffee at 440 Collins Street reimagines the corporate lobby as an inviting hospitality precinct, integrated into the building’s Modernist architecture. Inspired by artist John Brack, Studio Tate’s design balances artistic flair with strategic spatial planning, using materiality, colour, and a dynamic column grid to create a vibrant, community-focused destination.
