Fowler and Ward for Smith House
Smith House celebrates rather than reinvents an under-appreciated era of housing; the 1970’s, brown brick home. The project plays with colour, texture and materials to reinvigorate the original building fabric, prioritising quality, not quantity of space. The project demonstrates how embracing character can result in a delightful way of living.
