Shortlist: Residential Design
Architecture Caisson in association with Ilija Karlusic for Clarendon Street House
Rather than extend and extensively remodel our client’s new house to meet their need for more space; our design approach to this project was to preserve the existing Victorian house in its original footprint and, instead, employ part of the garden as a dual indoor-outdoor space; a `garden pavilion'.
