MJA Studio in association with Iota and Studio Roam for Jimmy's House
A courtyard house with rooms arranged around and connected to a series of seasonal gardens.
Challenging the typical response to a battle-axe lot, the front door addresses the rear laneway and the permeability of the perimeter walls extend the experience of the courtyard garden and interior into the adjacent park.
