Prior is a local eatery embodying the philosophy of ‘paddock-to-plate’. In turn the design of this space seeks to express a palette of natural materials and raw finishes. Masonry flooring and plinths, pigmented concrete and timber furniture are combined with mild steel all set in a light filled volume.
