Shortlist: Hospitality Design
Agents of Architecture for Farmer's Daughters
Farmers Daughters is a three-level gastronomic love affair with Gippsland. Unique culinary programs to each level, delicatessen, restaurant and roof-top bar are explored through three unique cohesive designs, reflective of diverse Gippsland landscapes. Open kitchens and a custom wood-burning ‘campfire’ stove celebrate produce preparation and the theatre of service.
