The Eastbourne, designed in collaboration with Mirvac and in association with Freemasons Victoria, delivers a luxurious inner-city address which successfully responds to the surrounding landscape and history of the site. Situated on the site of the former Dallas Brooks Hall, the 14-level development offers 245 apartments.
