Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre ushers in a new era of public centres for Blacktown City Council. Designed to grow resilient communities, functions gather under a single serpentine roof, whose rise and fall reflect the different volumes of interior space: offices, courtyard, community room, and main hall.
