Shortlist: Residential Design
Jolson for Arc Side
Originally completed in 2004 by Cocks Carmichael for the same owners, this three-level bayside property was substantially redesigned by Jolson to meet the owners changed needs. Jolson retained elements of the front façade, drawing inspiration from the arched form that Carmichael designed in response to the neighbouring neo-Italianate terrace houses.
