Conrad Gargett for Bille Brown Theatre
The extensive upgrade of Queensland Theatre’s performance venue in Brisbane’s West End represents the company’s first ‘home’ theatre. The new theatre, named the Bille Brown Theatre and its adjoining spaces facilitate intimate exchanges between storytellers, performers and audiences; and sustain the cultural experience of the theatre beyond the final curtain.
