Shortlist: Hospitality Design
Foolscap Studio for Highroad
The client, a coffee roaster and hospitality group, offered a brief to create a unique, day-to-night café-bar experience that warmly encourages patrons to settle in. The concept—a confluence of natural and man-made elements—draws clear inspiration from Canberra’s surrounding topology and landscape, and the
city’s established architectural vernacular.
