Shortlist: Residential Design
DKO for Waterloo Street
Waterloo Street is an exploration in colliding opposing design elements to create a new language of architecture. Taking cues from the history and architecture of the surrounding community, we successfully narrated a cohesive design response of five warehouse style apartments within the footprint of a former metal working factory.
