Shortlist: Residential Decoration
Bates Smart for The Eastbourne Display Suite
The Eastbourne incorporates approximately 250 apartments within a classically terraced, 14 level building, designed to connect with the greenery of the Fitzroy Gardens via generous outdoor areas. The display suite was constructed to showcase not only the development as a whole, but particularly the bespoke craftsmanship that characterises each apartment.
