Fred’s restaurant weaves a narrative of humble material gestures with a compelling translation of the direct and honest nature embraced by chef Danielle Alvarez’s ‘farm to table’ food ethos. By situating the transparent open kitchen within the dining room, patrons are immersed in the spatial theatrics of the dining experience.
