Wellard Architects for House for Jade
House for Jade involved the interior remodeling of a dilapidated 1880's workers cottage. Built hard to 3 boundaries, the interior spaces needed to work hard to provide the occupants ample space for entertaining and needed to be low maintenance to live up to the demands of raising their toddler.
