Foolscap Studio for Noma Australia
The brief was to design Noma Australia’s restaurant fit-out from concept to delivery matched to Noma’s globally-celebrated chef, Rene Redzepi. Our unique mapping and elemental design approach was applied to concept development and the design process to deliver a dining experience befitting Noma’s identity and menu.
