Bates Smart for TransGrid Sydney Office
As a national leader in the infrastructure sector, TransGrid required no less than an aspirational work space to co-locate previously dispersed units into an efficient collegiate work environment. Elements of fluidity, movement and illumination referenced in the design give a subtle nod to the clients core business.
Jury Citation
The TransGrid Sydney Office has achieved a 6-Star Green Star As Built rating by the Green Building Council of Australia through acute attention to diverse areas of environmental performance. Natural ventilation, reclaimed materials and furniture standardization express intent and measurability outcomes that contribute to achieving high levels of workplace design sustainability.
