Commendation: Residential Design
studiofour for Alfred Street Residence
This project challenged the typical design response of adding a single living and kitchen module to the rear of an existing Victorian house, by instead choosing to insert two courtyards from which these living and cooking zones could spill forth. The result is a series of fluid and light spaces.
