‘Upscaled’ installation redefines the retail construction hoarding. A public streetscape transformed into serious playtime, 10,000 glittering 'scales' command visual and emotional attention. ‘Upscaled’ is a design response to a business problem, engaging customers while construction continues and retail trading commences. ‘Upscaled’ belies what's beneath, breaking ground, newly designed retail theatre.
