Bates Smart for 35 Spring Street Display Suite
35 Spring St is an apartment building on the corner of Spring St and Flinders Lane, Melbourne. The 43-level tower incorporating 270 luxury apartments, due for completion in 2017.
In March 2013 CBus Property together with the practice completed construction of an on-site display suite, featuring examples of one, two and three bedroom apartments.
