Shortlist: Retail Design
MCK Architecture + Interiors for Manning Cartell Strand
A compact fashion store was renovated with the emphasis being on creating a visual clarity. A simple palette of industrial materials were inserted within the existing Victorian aesthetic, juxtaposed by a weaving ribbon of continuous steel that was designed to form various functions including the store racking.
