Shortlist: Residential Design
Tobias Partners for Double Bay House
This overhaul of a narrow dark terrace house in the harbour side Sydney suburb of Double Bay has resulted in a jewel box of a family home. Challenges on the long narrow site included managing natural light and achieving generous communal interior spaces whilst minimizing the impact on neighboring properties.
