Ippudo is designed to introduce the Japanese noodle culture into Australian dining. More than just a restaurant, Ippudo is a gallery, displaying traditional noodle bowls, spoons & traditional clay feature wall. The feature of the restaurant, an undulating timber ceiling represents 'gust of wind', the Japanese meaning.
