This project has led the building industry into the next stage of sustainable practices and is a benchmark of what is now possible in environmentally sustainable design. There is a seamless interaction of building and fitout from both an ESD and detailing point of view. This is unquestionably a milestone project and the client and design team are congratulated for their commitment.
